Sepp Baumgartner's Story

Sepp Baumgartner was born in Teisendorf, Germany on March 30, 1953. Since he was little, Sepp was an enthusiastic sport talent and team player. Who first mastered soccer and snow skiing. Then one day when he was 16 years old Sepp discovered his passion for tennis during his school's Sport Day tournament. He was rewarded with a day free from school.

After graduating high school while he was waiting for an open admissions spot to start his medical education Sepp qualified as a nationally tested tennis trainer and as a nationally tested ski instructor. This quickly side tracked Sepp's medical studies and in 1980 his love of sports and instruction lead him to opening his own Tennis Camp in Waging am See.

Due to good work and new ideas Sepp was soon a well known name in German's tennis circles. He developed an installation for automatic ball collection after noticing the time consumed by stopping instruction for ball pick-up, and a therapy to cure the feared chronic tennis elbow.

You can see for yourself that Sepp Baumgartner is also a successful tournament player by the following results:
